I am 15,5'8,weigh 160 and play middle linebacker.I am going to be in ninth grade and school starts in about a month.Most linebackers at my school are about 225(varisty) and I want to gain some weight before next year so I will be better matched up to the other people.What do I need to do to gain some weight(not fat) and get stronger and faster?Like any certain techniques or methods or something.My maxxes are 145 on bench and 290 on squat and I ran a 5.1 on the 40 back in spring.Mainly I just want to get bigger and stronger but I also played a little defensive end so mabey some suff for acceleration also.For diets I cant really follow a strict ine because im not home much but what are some foods I should stay away from and some I should eat more?
